FlashAcademy was onboarding students across UK and international schools faster than its systems could comfortably support. Application slowdowns and manual deployments constrained both learner experience and engineering velocity.

CloudVests built an elastic AWS architecture that adds capacity with demand and automated the release process so platform updates move from commit to production consistently.

The application was decomposed into independently deployable container services on Amazon ECS, with load balancing and scaling policies driven by real workload signals. CloudFront absorbed global content demand closer to learners and reduced pressure on the application tier.

AWS CodePipeline replaced manual release steps with versioned build, test, and deployment stages. CloudWatch dashboards connected deployment events to latency, error rate, and capacity behavior.

FlashAcademy gained a faster, highly available learning platform and a delivery workflow able to support growth across more than 1,000 institutions.

Scaling and release operations became repeatable engineering processes, allowing the platform to grow across institutions without requiring a proportional increase in manual infrastructure work.
