The trading path was profiled from ingress through execution, then placed behind latency-appropriate load balancing with compute pools sized to measured demand. Auto Scaling policies removed idle capacity without constraining the burst headroom required during volatile sessions.

Amazon CloudWatch supplied workload-level latency and saturation telemetry, while AWS Cost Explorer made the cost impact of rightsizing and scheduling decisions visible to the platform team.

The platform now combines leaner cloud economics with the responsiveness and transaction integrity required for algorithmic trading.

Performance and cost were treated as one engineering constraint: each infrastructure change was checked against both execution latency and monthly run rate before being adopted.
