The challenge

Shariawiz served more than 100,000 users from one publicly exposed server, resulting in roughly 18 days of annual unplanned downtime and 15 high-risk security findings around legally sensitive estate documents.

02

What CloudVests delivered

CloudVests rebuilt the platform on a highly available architecture that replaces failed components automatically, added a web application firewall, moved documents to encrypted private storage, and secured administrative access with single sign-on.

Elastic Load Balancing and Auto Scaling removed the single-server dependency and replaced failed capacity automatically. AWS WAF protected the public application path, while IAM Identity Center governed administrative access without shared credentials.

Legal documents were moved to private Amazon S3 storage with versioning, encryption, and AWS Backup protection. CloudWatch alarms were aligned to service recovery objectives and application health.

03

The outcome

The new foundation sharply reduced interruption, removed the identified high-risk issues, and gave legal documents durable versioning and daily protection.

The platform now has independent controls for application recovery, edge security, administrator identity, and document durability rather than relying on one host for every responsibility.
